Missions Car Show
FBCIT presents “Straight Drive” Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show on Saturday, July 12, 2008.  Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the entry fee is $25.00 (entry fee includes registration, 1 BBQ plate per entry, 1 T-shirt, and 1 window decal).  This year’s show proceeds will benefit local missions at Crisis Pregnancy Center and our Prison Ministries.  Register online or contact Sherry Waddell at 704-201-3126 or sherwaddell@aol.com for more information.


Summer Sing
Come out and enjoy an evening of great music as we feature singers and instrumentalists from within our church on Sunday evening, July 13, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.!! Afterward we will have a church-wide fellowship featuring pound cake and home-made ice cream in the Family Life Center. We hope that you will make plans to attend. If you can help us with pound cakes and ice cream (we will need at least 100 churns of home-made ice cream and pounds cakes), sign up in your Life Group, sign up online, or call the church office at 704-882-1005 and ask for Renee.


Preschool VBS
Preschool VBS will be taking place every Wednesday during the summer from 6:15- 8:00 p.m. in the Children's Center beginning on June 4th. This VBS is for children ages 3 to pre-K. Also, during this same time, there will be a bible study for parents entitled "A Firm Foundation- Building a Household of Faith."

Is the Lord calling you to be involved in a life changing outreach at FBCIT? Are you willing to give one Monday evening per month to a life changing ministry? Come join a G.R.O.W. team where you can either make in-home visits, write letters, or make phone calls to prospects, the homebound, and all others that need a touch from the Lord.- more information
