If it’s your first time at First Baptist Church Indian Trail, you are our honored guest. Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit.
Location?
We are located at 732 Indian Trail Fairview Road in Indian Trail. The church is near the intersection of Hwy 74 Independence Boulevard and Indian Trail Fairview Road.
Where Do I Park?
We have marked reserved parking for new guests. Members of the parking team, dressed in yellow vests, will direct you to first-time guest parking near the entrances of the buildings. We also have shuttles from the church that run from 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
What Do I Wear?
Dress comfortably. While some attendees do wear their “Sunday best,” most folks wear casual and comfortable clothes on Sunday morning. Don’t worry about what you wear - just come prepared to have a wonderful time of worship and fellowship!
What Do I Bring?
A Bible will help you to follow along in worship and in Bible Study. If you have a Bible, bring it with you to church. Our Pastor, Mike Whitson, refers to the Bible often during his messages. If you don’t have a Bible, or forgot to bring your one, there are some available at Guest Services.
When Do I Need To Arrive?
Sunday services and Life Groups begin at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Arrive fifteen minutes before your desired time to allow for parking and traffic.
Where Do My Children Go?
Guest Service Volunteers are available at the outdoor Guest Services tents on good weather days and always at the Welcome Desk inside our main entrance. Volunteers are there to escort your children to their class or department. Infants through age 5 may attend one of the Preschool Bible Study classes and Wee Worship. Children in grades K-5 are invited to 2:52 Kids Church held simultaneously with the 9:30 a.m. service. Sunday Life Groups are available for all ages at the 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. hours.
What About Child Security?
We take security for our children seriously. Each child must be registered at either the Preschool Welcome Desk or the Children’s Ministry Area before entering a Life Group. A security tag is given to the parent and must be presented at departure. Additional security measures and personnel are on campus to ensure the safety of every attendee.
