Ladies, we are just weeks away from THE FRAZZLED FEMALE CONFERENCE. (September 12-13) Who would guess that a non-working, empty nester would need a Frazzled Female Conference? I have had to spend a lot of time in His Word this summer just to keep my wits about me. Many times I have heard Him whisper..."Be still and know that I am God." I have found that it is a lot easier to be still when I KNOW that He is God. When I try to take it all on myself, my ways, my plans, my agenda, me, me, me, I become frazzled. But when I stop and remember that HE is in control. HE has ordered my days. HE is in charge of the WM and my family and... it is then I can be still. I am called to work "in the still" but it is much easier, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light. I am praying for you to KNOW Him. Make your plans now to attend the conference. Ticket sales are online or in the church Welcome Center after all three Sunday morning services. See you on the 12th!

   "MISTLETOE MADNESS" comes to FBCIT

"OH COME ALL YE FAITHFUL". The Women's Ministry is providing a shopping extravaganza like no other! Tuesday night, November 18, we will open the doors at 5:00pm to the Family Life Center for MISTLETOE MADNESS. You will be able to do your one stop shopping for the holidays. We are excited to usher in the Christmas season with great energy and enthusiasm. It will not be a "SILENT NIGHT" ! Area vendors will be setting up shop and selling everything from food to jewelry to handbags to toys to CD's to cookbooks to crafts to ALL YOU WANT FOR CHRISTMAS! "IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR."   Bring your friends and kick the season off right. It will be refreshing to shop with sisters who are not "bah humbug" at heart. DO YOU HEAR WHAT I HEAR? It is the Christmas music that will be playing at "Mistletoe Madness". You will experience your very own WALK IN A WINTER WONDERLAND . Free parking and free admittance! "THE FRAZZLED FEMALE"
WOMEN'S MINISTRY CONFERENCE

Ladies, our first WM Conference is Friday and Saturday September 12-13. Author and speaker, Cindi Wood, will be joining us and speaking on "THE FRAZZLED FEMALE". Cindi has written all the Frazzled Female bible studies for Life Way. She is a very dynamic and humorous speaker who is filled with a passion for the Word of God. Friday 12...5:00-6:30 dinner served in the FLC
6:00-6:45 Cindi's book table will be open
7:00-9:00 conference in the main sanctuary featuring Cindi Wood

Saturday 13...7:00-8:45 continental breakfast served in the FLC
8:00-8:45 Cindi's book table will be open
9:00-12:00 conference in the main sanctuary featuring Cindi Wood

Tickets will go on sale online beginning June 1. Tickets will go on sale in the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings beginning July 13. Cost of ticket is $30.00. The last day to purchase a ticket will be Sunday September 6.

We, the women of FBCIT, embrace all women. We extend an invitation to all women of all walks of life and all ages. We are women loving women for the kingdom of God. Please join us as we celebrate the goodness of our God. Our desire is to lift Him up and encourage one another as we gather together.

The Women's Ministry is excited to announce a new knitting and book club.

This club will meet every third Tuesday of each month starting in September.

The next meeting will be on September 16th at 6:30 p.m. We will meet at Freshly Brewed Coffee House in Hemby Bridge.
